The Maker Designer Kitchens, part of the ABN Group, located in Bassendean, is Western Australia's largest designer kitchen and stone manufacturer, employing over 150 staff over 3 dedicated premises and focused on providing excellence in quality and service.

With continued growth and development, we are looking for an experienced and well presented Kitchen Designer to join our energetic team on a 12 month maternity leave contract, with a view to become permanent.

This is a full time role that will require you to work some Saturday mornings in our Showroom.

**The Role**

As a Kitchen Designer, you will demonstrate a passion for the industry, be a high achiever and represent the business with a can do attitude. This person will possess high end customer service skills, have a can do attitude and a positive approach to everything they do.

- Able to provide clear and concise communication
- Able to prepare quotes and variations for clients
- Have the ability to multitask and be organised under pressure
- Focused on providing solutions within a team environment as well as autonomously
- Able to self-manage their day and client appointments

**You**
- A minimum of 2-3 years local experience
- 3 years’ experience using AutoCAD.
- Previous kitchen design experience
- Strong documentation and co-ordination skills
- Strong calendar management skills
- Show outstanding attention to detail
- Be well presented in person, over the phone and on paper
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Enjoy being part of a team
