**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Kilcoy**

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our organization as a Single Site Manufacturing IT Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT-related activities at our manufacturing facility including on-floor technology systems as well as networks and servers that support our manufacturing operations.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**
- The overseeing and managing all IT-related activities at our manufacturing facility. This includes on-floor technology systems as well as networks and servers that support our manufacturing operations.
- Implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of on-floor technology systems, such as production monitoring systems, automated equipment, and data collection devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes and requirements, ensure that on-floor technology solutions align with operational needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to on-floor staff, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

**You will bring with you**:

- Proven experience in managing on-floor technology systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems, such as SCADA, MES, and ERP.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Understanding of data security principles and best practices.
- Experience implementing ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

**Qualifications required**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology preferred.
- Prior Experience in similar role with certification considered.
