JLG are seeking an experienced Workshop Technician for our Hallam branch.

**About the Job**

This role is responsible to carry out service and repair work for company owned Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP), Telehandlers and Lighting Towers.

You will mostly be engaged in
- Inspecting designs and finished products for compliance with specifications
- Installing, testing, servicing, repairing, and modifying electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment and machines. May work with other types of equipment on occasion such as hydraulic hoses, small diesel engines, etc.
- Conducting pre delivery inspections and assessing machines to ensure they are in good working order.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance of customer and JLG owned MEWP, Lighting Towers and Telehandlers.
- Conduct three monthly and annual inspections of machines MEWP in accordance with JLG and ANZ industry standards.
- General ad-hoc duties as required.

**About You**

To be successful, you need to
- Be an experienced mechanic/technician
- Have a Mechanical trade qualification
- Have ability to work in fast-paced environment,
- Have license for working at heights,
- Have effective communication skills, proficient language, literacy and numeracy skills including the ability to write job notes, read safety information and machine manuals.
