**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Store Manager to lead operations at our client's luxury interiors retail store in Fortitude Valley. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and showcase our products through captivating visual merchandising.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and compliance with company standards.
- Set and achieve sales targets, motivate the team, and optimize revenue.
- Deliver exemplary service, resolve customer issues, and maintain brand integrity.
- Design and implement compelling displays that highlight our luxury products.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Manage payroll duties efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong visual merchandising skills.
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in retail operations software.
