As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the company. Your role will involve managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily office operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.

Pay: $50,646.24 - $60,218.07 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
