Meeting with key stakeholders to co-designer products and services. Conducting usability testing sessions. Analyse customer research to identify CX opportunities across the organisation.To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: - Industry experience in customer experience, service design, user experience design or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with others. Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations. Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
