Clublinks operates Moore Park Golf, Sydney’s premier Golf entertainment venue on behalf of the Centennial Parklands and Moore Park Trust (Trust). Located within 5km from the CBD, the Moore Park Precinct is a sought-after entertainment and recreation destination for the local community and beyond. Each year Moore Park Golf has over 22 million golf balls hit on the driving range, 75,000 rounds of golf played and 25,000 golf coaching experiences; Moore Park is a one stop golfing and entertainment destination. **The Role** Reporting to the Catering & Events Manager, you will be responsible for providing a fresh, modern, family friendly atmosphere where our customers connect over coffee, drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. This role is pivotal to the success of the hospitality services at Moore Park Golf and responsibilities will include: - Experience working with draught beer, including beer line cleaning & keg changing - Experience making barista coffee - Have knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, mixers - Cocktail knowledge would be a bonus - Energetic reliable person with a can do attitude - Must have an RSA - Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, nights and weekends - Flexibility to work on Functions & Event Days (including corporate events, weddings, etc) The perks - Free onsite parking - Free golf and gym membership across our managed sites - fair use policy applies - Great workplace culture, true to our values - Opportunity for growth and involvement in projects of significance for the business About you Ideally you possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: Essential - Previous experience in a similar role - Excellent communication - Energetic and vibrant approach - Current RSA certificate - Safe Food handling certification (can be obtained after employment) - Excellent barista skills - Extensive knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails - Extensive knowledge and competency across workplace health & safety and compliance Please note only successful applicants will be contacted. **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual Part-time hours: 38 per week **Salary**: $28.46 - $62.62 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Gym membership Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Fixed shift - Flexible hours - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Overtime - Public holidays - Rotating roster - Shift work - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay - Penalty rates - Tips Licence/Certification: - RSA (preferred)
