**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity exists to work with Judicial Registrar Conidi within the Costs Court at the Supreme Court of Victoria. His Honour hears a variety of costs matters arising out of both the Commercial Court and Common Law Division.
Judicial Registrar Conidi also conducts judicial mediations with the support of his Associate. Hybrid leave arrangements and generous leave entitlements are a feature of this role.
**About You**
Duties include:
- Maintaining electronic court files and case management systems
- Attending judicial mediations
- Legal research
- Managing the Judicial Registrar's diary
- Clerking in court (including virtually)
- Liaising with judicial officers, practitioners, court staff, and members of the public
