**HANDYMAN JOB Opportunity & **LABOURER JOB **Opportunity**

We are a fast growing building maintenance company currently looking for a full-time Handyman to join our team. We have several buildings and homes on site. In this role, you are a key member of our team responsible for quality repairs, re-modelling, and property improvement projects. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

**Job opportunity 1: Specific Responsibilities for HANDYMAN JOB including but not limited to**:

- Oversee all maintenance and improvement projects of the centre and related buildings
- Liaising closely with Site and Project Manager
- Complete small to medium repairs, de-fitting, renovating, and property improvement projects
- Maintain and update computerised online maintenance system
- Ensure that building codes and proper permits are obtained and followed
- Arrange for external contractors and tradesmen to complete projects when needed
- Manage costs of projects and equipment in an effective manner
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and perform well with projected project deadlines
- Effectively adjusts workload as needed to prioritise projects
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
- Maintain a neat, orderly and safe work area
- Other duties as assigned

**Job opportunity 2**:Responsibilities for LABOURER JOB including but not limited to**:

- Assisting various trades
- Site cleans and general upkeep of building sites
- Power tool use
- Manual handling duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work unsupervised
- OH&S White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

**Salary**: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
