Sime Darby Motors is focused on selling quality products supported by excellent after sales services. Located in Rydalmere, SD Parts is our wholesale parts distribution business which works closely with OEM partners, internal and external customers to provide the highest level of customer service.

We have an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic **Office Coordinator (12-month Fixed-Term Contract)** to join our SD Parts team in Rydalmere. The position will be a 12 month fixed-term contract, with an opportunity for a full-time contract upon review.

In this role you will work collaboratively with internal team members and external suppliers to ensure that fast and efficient delivery of their requirements.

**About the role**:
**_ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_**
- Answer all inbound calls.
- Complete administration tasks as required and ensuring office supplies are available.
- Provide support for the Accounts Receivable Clerk and National Inventory Controller.
- Provide to customers their pre-ordered parts ensuring part numbers and quantities match the invoice and process payment, if required.

**About you**:

- Experience with COD customer management and allocation and Daily banking.
- Sound computer skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail and an ability to work independently.
- Good written and oral communication as well as problem solving skills.
- Experience working in fast paced environment.
- Customer centric mindset.
- A full NSW drivers licence and a sound driving record.
