**The Role**:
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager Australasia, the Technical Services Lead will play a crucial role in linking the business with industry. This will involve a substantial amount of training, technical support and knowledge extension - to both internal and external clients. Supporting multiple functions across the business, it will also require presentation delivery, product/site demonstrations and the development of strong relationships with key channel partners.

**The Person**:
To be successful in this highly visible position, you will ideally possess:

- Technical and commercial experience in agronomy, crop production techniques and crop protection chemicals
- Experience in the broadacre sector - and be able to relate to producers and agronomists
- The ability to interpret and present technical material, in a commercially compelling format
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree qualifications in agriculture
- Please note, that while this role has a flexible location, it requires a significant amount of travel.
