**A day in the life of Quantitative Analyst**

The role of the Quantitative Analyst is to understand complex regulator formulas and reconcile variations between realised and actual risk measures.

You will understand and implement code, assess any issues and analyse the root cause of any issues. You will work with a team of specialists in finance and software development and can program in various languages either SQL, R, JavaScript, and C#.

You will be taught how to code, however the role requires a base level or programming.
