With operational bases across Australia, this locally owned company delivers world-class performance, setting the gold standard in safety and reliability. **What's the role on offer?** Based onsite in our Head Office near Brisbane Airport, this is a new and exciting role working alongside our Repair and Parts Sales Manager within our Procurement Team. As the **Rotable Controller** you will be responsible for conducting effective logístical analysis and coordination of Rotable/Repairable material in support of the entire Alliance Airlines network of Line, Base and Workshop Maintenance environments activities. Some of your duties include but not limited to: - Execute general procurement duties, including forecasting, analysis, and review, to maintain optimal inventory levels and material efficiency. - Partner with the Repair Manager and Head of Department on high-stakes, time-sensitive aircraft component projects, while managing airframe teardowns and identifying part sale opportunities. - Interrogate systems, manipulate data output, and resolve rotable/repairable material issues, escalating to senior management when necessary. - Provide timely, accurate procurement data and documentation, using reporting tools to measure performance and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Develop strong relationships with management, suppliers, and stay updated on industry trends, while assisting in document development and continuous improvement. - Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, support audits and staff development, and adapt to shift and location changes as needed. **Who we are looking for**: - Qualifications in Procurement and contracting. - Excellent written and oral communication, advanced computer skills, and great numeracy. - Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as in a team-focused environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise work. - Proactive approach with a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and maintain accuracy while adhering to work instructions. **Does this sound like you?** If the sound of this role excites you and you have the skills, we're looking for we'd love to hear from you.
