We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable **Warehouse Operator** to join our dynamic production team in **Laverton North**. This position is available on a **casual basis** and presents a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or cold store environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately pick and pack orders to meet delivery deadlines
- RSE gun experience required
- Receive, dispatch and manage inventory efficiently
- Operate a forklift safely and in compliance with WH&S requirements
- Perform manual handling duties, including some heavy lifting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Work independently while contributing to team goals
**About You**:
- Current and valid **forklift licence** (essential)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment
- Sound knowledge of **Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S)** practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to take ownership of the role and work with mínimal supervision
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
