**About the Business**:
Our client is a Perth based Home Broker focused on joining all the dots in helping customers into their new home. Start with working out the finances first and then putting a plan in place that is customised to a customer’s personal circumstances. With a broad range of finance broker partners and a network of over a dozen Perth home builders, our client has had tremendous success in helping Perth customers into their new home.

**About the Role**:
As the B2B Sales Consultant, your primary responsibilities will be to seek and secure prospective channel partners, tailor presentations to client needs and maintain relationships with land suppliers to ensure the highest service standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Success-Hungry attitude: A relentless drive for success coupled with a strong desire to exceed targets and achieve personal and professional goals
- Quick Learner: Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts, adapt to changes, and continuously learn in a dynamic work environment
- Research Skills: Proficiency in utilising research platforms such as Google and LinkedIn for in-depth market and industry research. The ability to gather and analyse information to inform business strategies
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Experience in creating and delivering customised sales presentations to potential clients
- MS Office Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and other relevant documents
- B2B Sales Experience (preferred): While not mandatory, previous experience in B2B sales would be advantageous
