We're seeking an experienced **Midwife Unit Manager - Midwifery Group Practice (MGP)** to join the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network and lead with purpose in delivering person-centred, culturally respectful maternity care.

As the pivotal leader of the MGP, you’ll provide clinical and operational direction to ensure safe, high-quality services. Your influence will guide multidisciplinary teams, drive evidence-based practice, and foster a collaborative culture focused on continuity of care and improved health outcomes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate MGP services to deliver exceptional midwifery care.
- Drive quality improvement, change management, and risk reduction.
- Manage team performance, resources and service delivery outcomes.
- Foster learning, clinical development and best practice initiatives.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in midwifery practice and team management.
- Commitment to culturally safe care, especially with Aboriginal communities.
