1. Plan, organize and conduct activities in the Warehouse for the purpose of ensuring availability and efficient distribution of supplies and materials.

2. Engage with freight forwarders closely to ensure a smooth work flow on pick-ups and deliveries.

3. Ensure every item that has been picked and packed are wrapped adequately to ensure safety in handling and to be delivered in the best presentable manner.

4. Maintain close liaison with business development executive and customer relationship coordinator at all time to ensure an order is fulfilled in a timely and orderly fashion.

5. Always maintain a safe and organised work environment.

6. Conduct physical stock take annually and targeted inventory verification.

7. Inspect warehouse equipment for the purpose of maintaining equipment in safe operating condition.

8. Receive stock and non-stock items ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of order are correct.

9. Stock equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining required inventory levels.

10. Process stock requisitions to ensure supplies and materials are delivered in a timely manner.

11. Maintain various records, schedules, files, etc. for the purpose of documenting and providing reliable information.

12. Identify equipment (e.g. computers, audio/visual, motorized equipment, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring capital asset control.

13. Process documents and materials (e.g. schedules, mail, agendas, etc.) for the purpose of disseminating information to appropriate parties.

14. Participate in various activities (e.g. meetings, training, etc.) for the purpose of receiving and/or conveying information.

15. Drive vehicles (Fork lift & Reach truck) for the purpose of unloading supplies from Containers, equipment, movement to designated bin locations.

**Salary**: $22.77 - $23.31 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
