**EMR Research Liaison Coordinator**
- Play a pivotal role in supporting RMH Research staff in use of a world-class EMR through education and training
- Full Time fixed term position for 12 months

This role will act as the contact pivot point between researchers, clinicians, supporting departments, the Parkville EMR Research team and the RMH EMR team as needed, with the aim to ensure comprehensive and timely communication, particularly regarding the build and maintenance of study records in the EMR.
- This full time, 12 month fixed term role will have a dual reporting line with the RMH EMR team and the Office for Research. You will be responsible for the communication between research teams at RMH and EMR as a key liaison coordinator, have a role in EMR education and training and providing support of researchers in relation to research EMR workflows.**Your new role**:

- Work closely with RMH EMR team, the Office for Research and the Parkville EMR team to ensure timely build of research records
- Play a pivotal role in supporting RMH Research staff in use of a world-class EMR through education and training
- Provide input into the optimisation of the EMR as it relates to Research build and workflows
- Assist with the data collection and submission of research requirements to the Research EMR team for build, testing and validation of research functionality
- Assist with basic research-related EMR build as required

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related field along and/or relevant industry experience in health
- Experience in clinical research and study conduct
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders
- Proven experience working in a team environment and ability also work independently to deliver results
