Exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Storeperson to join a small team as an all-rounder in Springvale.

**What we’re looking for**:
We want an enthusiastic and engaging Customer Service / Storeperson who is ready to progress their sales career within a professional and supportive team.

**The role**:
As our Warehouse Storeperson, you will provide efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Springvale, VIC.

Work hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- General warehousing duties and Counter Sales as and when required.
- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
- Conter Sales including as and when required, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
- Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
- You’re a driven and passionate professional with warehousing experience and attention to detail.
- Some experience in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply Industries (desirable).
- Good written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to build relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
- Client-focused and a real team player, you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your clients.
- You are excellent at managing your own time and a real “self-starter”; you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
