We're seeking a friendly and energetic young receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with others, is eager to learn, and is excited about contributing to the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed.
- **Answering Phone Calls**: Manage incoming calls in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department and taking messages when necessary.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent our organization in a professional manner.
- worked in a Public Accounting Firm highly as is advantageous as is experience with MYOB, Xero, and Sage Handisoft
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong Desire to provide top quality support and assistance.
- Committed, punctual and accountable, extremely trustworthy.
- Above all, a can-do attitude to ensure all tasks are done, and if you are a performer, we'll increase your scope and progression. This role would suit a confident and driven individual and is ready to be appreciated for there efforts. Training provided with conditions thereon.
