**About the Role**

As the Business Services Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all Specialist Services enquiries. You will be required to work closely with our NDIS Administration team. This is a crucial position which will involve the organisation of administration tasks in accordance with the NDIA guidelines. This will include:

- Providing a friendly and welcoming first point of contact and support for both internal and external customers via the telephone
- Support the wider NDIS Administration team in all workloads and activities
- Maintain a centralised customer spreadsheet and ensure data entry is accurate and up to date
- Preparation of service agreements and all relevant on boarding documents
- Monitor and follow up all outstanding on boarding documents

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous high level administrative experience from a similar fast paced role
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands
- Ability to draft and format complex written documents
- A self-motivated problem solver who can work both independently and in a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel

**Additional requirements**:

- Right to Work in Australia i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with Permanent Work Rights - excludes visas with Temporary Work Rights
- A current **Blue Card** (Working with Children Check) and **NDIS Worker's Screening Check/Yellow Card, **or the willingness to gain these clearances if successful. We will reimburse you the cost of these checks on commencing
- Willingness to undertake a** "Fit2Work" Police Check**
