**About the role**:
We’re seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly organised Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our team. As the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lively deli-café, ensuring exceptional customer service, providing strong team leadership, and fostering a genuine passion for hospitality.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Supervising Staff**: Lead and inspire our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
- **Stock Control**:Coordinate and maintain stock levels, ensuring packaging and supplies are ordered and stored correctly
- **Organisation and Cleanliness**: Maintain an exceptionally clean, organised, and welcoming environment
- **Training**: Provide support to our team to ensure the highest standards of service, across all sections
- **POS Confidence**:Use the POS system confidently to process orders, manage payments, and track inventory, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions
- **Coffee Skills**:Barista skills are highly considered, and a love for making great coffee is always a bonus. (but not necessary just preferred - either way, we offer on the job coffee training)

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a managing hospitality role is preferred (2-3+ years)
- Previous experience using a deli slicer preferred but not necessary (training provided on the job)
- **MUST** have genuine love and passion for the hospitality industry
- An ability to keep calm, organised and upbeat during busy periods
- Proficiency in multitasking and working under pressure
- Confidence in supervising FOH staff
- Excellent communication skills; especially between FOH and the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination
- Comfortable forming customer connections, handling inquiries, feedback and complaintsprofessionally
- Have a love of all foods, especially deli meats and cheese
- Flexible availability - work/life balance, no late nights
- **MUST** have working rights in Australia
