Hands to Hearts Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated NDIS Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one care and support to people with disabilities in their homes or in the community.

About the client:
Our client is a 7 year old male, diagnosed with ADHD and ASD. He is full of energy so needs someone who can play with him and take him to swimming sessions. We are looking for a male indian support worker(client preference) who is calm and relaxed and has experience with ADHD and ASD clients.

Norman shift duties include pick-up and drop-off to and from the bus stop, helping with skill development and social & community acces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing person-centered care and support to clients with disabilities
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and domestic tasks
- Supporting clients to participate in social and recreational activities
- Implementing and monitoring individual support plans
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- National Police Clearance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
