**The Company**:
Our client, a successful commercial property agency in Western Sydney, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team full-time, Monday - Friday.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As the first point of contact, the Receptionist is the face of the organisation, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.

This is a permanent role, Monday through Friday.

Duties include:

- Meet and greet of all customers in a friendly manner
- Managing ingoing & outgoing mail
- Ordering office supplies and keeping kitchen stocked
- Organising for meetings, birthdays, monthly office drinks
- Maintaining office appearance and tidying as needed
- Attending to all general admin duties as they arise
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- A friendly personality
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
