Wabtec is in search of a Talent Acquisition Advisor for ANZ region to join the Company during an exciting period of growth. We are passionate about the culture we are building, and this role will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in white collar recruitment. This role represents equal parts of partnership, creativity, execution, and reporting. The Advisor will be responsible for developing relationships and partner with internal stakeholders to understand resourcing profiles that aligns with business priorities. Support includes but is not limited to, end-to-end recruitment process for Wabtec locations across ANZ.

**Responsibilities**:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including contributing to job design and analysis, developing role descriptions, and undertaking job evaluations.-
- Ensure interview and selection panel members are familiar with recruitment processes, coach where necessary and ensure that processes are applied in a fair and equitable manner.-
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires, liaising with hiring managers to transition new hires into their role.-
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.- Ensuring the recruitment dashboard is up to date and shared with the Leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills- Minimum 4 years’ white-collar experience in previous talent acquisition related roles gained in an in-house recruitment team or through an agency.- Experience working for Rail, Construction and/or engineering service provider will be looked at favourably.- Experience recruiting across a number of different disciplines including but not limited to: engineering, project management and manufacturing.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, influence and negotiate as required.- Sound knowledge of employment processes and legislative requirements.- Professional and creative writing skills.- Excellent time management skills and a true sense of urgency coupled with an ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.- A high level of personal drive and determination with the ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively within a team environment.
