Key Responsibilities:

- Rock the day-to-day operations with expertise and flair
- Build and lead a stellar team
- Ensure our service and products are always on point
- Help craft systems and processes that streamline operations

- Manage inventory and ensure orders are spot on

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in hospitality, restaurant or bistro preferred
- A passion and experience with exceptional customer service, wine, and top-notch produce
- A knack for building genuine connections and fostering a positive team spirit
- Driven, proactive, and always striving for excellence
- Track record of hitting financial targets and exceeding expectations
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Master of front-of-house operations

- Experience with Lightspeed and Deputy
- Excel/Google Sheets ninja
