Our staff work in partnership with schools, GPs, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide care across our centres, in people’s homes, other community venues as well as virtual care (telehealth).
The Pregnancy Family Meetings (PFM) program utilises family meetings with an independent facilitator to promote early engagement and interagency planning with pregnant women and families at risk of their newborns entering Out of Home Care at birth. Early engagement and partnerships between Health and the Department of Communities and Justice aims to reduce risks and the number of infants assumed into care.
