Ongoing position, asap start for a waste management site in the ACT.

**Your new company**
Would you like to work for a family owned and operated business in the ACT? This company is a waste management organisation that was grown right here in Canberra. They have a large site south side where they run their recycling processes. Due to an excessive workload and a change in their staffing they require an experienced watercart driver to join their team.

**Your new role**
As the watercart driver for this company you will be reporting to the team leader and working Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm. Due to the nature of this role if it is raining you will not be required to operate the watercart, so the client may discuss other work options with you for rain days. You will drive the watercart which has a crash box gearbox around the site spraying water on the ground to keep the dust of the site down.

**What you'll need to succeed**
If you are an experienced HR truck driver you will thrive in this role. You will also need the following:

- Crashbox experience is essential
- Watercart operating experience is preferred
- A can do attitude
- Reliable transport to get to and from work

**What you'll get in return**
As a watercart driver for this company you will have shifts Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm weather dependent. You will also receive:

- Above award pay rates of $30- $35 per hour plus OT penalties when applicable.
- For the right person this company has previously taken workers across to their books in permanent roles, this could be you too if you fit well within their business
