**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement targeted **student recruitment strategies** for Chinese-speaking markets.
- Manage and optimize **Chinese social media campaigns** on platforms such as **Rednote, WeChat, and TikTok** to generate student leads.
- Engage with prospective students and education agents through **online and offline marketing initiatives**.
- Represent SCOTS English College and its partner, the Australian National Insitute of Management and Commerce at **education fairs, events, and seminars**, both in-person and virtually.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **education agents, schools, and industry partners** to increase student referrals.
- Provide **accurate information** about SCOTS English College’s courses, visa procedures, and enrollment processes.
- Track and analyze **marketing campaign performance metrics** to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the **marketing team** to create promotional content tailored for the Chinese-speaking audience.

**Essential Requirements**
- **Fluency in Mandarin and English** (both written and spoken) is required.
- **Proven experience managing Chinese social media platforms** (Rednote, WeChat, TikTok) for marketing and recruitment purposes.
- A good understanding of **international student recruitment trends** and the Australian education sector or willingness to learn.
- A **bubbly, outgoing, and go-getter personality** with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to **build and nurture relationships** with prospective students and education agents.
- Experience in organizing and attending **student recruitment events and education fairs**.
- Excellent **customer service and sales skills**, with a target-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Australian **student visa requirements** and **education pathways** is a plus.
