**About the Role**

Reporting to the planning manager your role will be to plan the work required, including material and external services, to process work orders and projects through the workshop & your key Responsibilities will be to:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that they are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the scope of work.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify critical path activities, potential schedule impacts, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules so that projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible
- Analyze schedule performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide accurate and timely progress reports to project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Support the development of project plans, cost estimates, and resource plans.
- Review and analyze contractor schedules and progress reports to ensure compliance with project requirements.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Substantial experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Experience of working on the construction phase of a large infrastructure project
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
