Welcome to **Eden Academy Bardon, a small and boutique centre**We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 64 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**In your role as an Educator;**
- You will **nurture** little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
- Create engaging environments that **spark curiosity** and wonder
- Show up with **kindness**, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
- Communicate with **confidence** and build lasting bonds with families
- Bring **positive energy** and a team-first attitude to every room

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Certificate III or Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
