**Your new role awaits**:
The Team Leader
**(based in Moorebank)** will ensure the Customer Service Team provide superior customer service through coaching and support. You will enable your team to make sound decisions by finding the best outcome for the customer, fostering a culture of ongoing knowledge and skill improvement and exceeding customer expectation by correctly matching customer requirements with Coates products or services consistently. In addition, the Team Leader will have a strong focus on compliance in administering Coates Policies and Procedures and helping team members to work within the framework.
- Managing the service level of customer contacts via multiple channels
- Regular quality assurance activities ensuring all relevant KPI’s are met.
- Assisting the branches manage assets and allocate equipment
- Assisting manage customer complaints and high complex customer requirements.
- Possessing a safety-first attitude, showing strong leadership in safety onsite at all times.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Experience leading, coaching and developing staff into a high performing team
- High level negotiation and problem-solving skills to deal with escalated issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
