Good People Training Club Wembley is on the hunt for the BEST fitness professionals to add to our team of superstars. Our Trainers provide hands-on coaching to ensure our members are continually progressing and striving to reach their full potential.

As part of the GPTC team, you will be surrounded by a strong and passionate community to which you will contribute by being able to build and maintain great relationships.

You will inspire our members by delivering exceptional group training sessions, bringing the best energy and vibe to every single one.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Deliver safe, high quality, engaging and results-driven group training classes to members daily.
- Offer personalised support to members, ensuring correct technique and safety.
- Promote an energetic, motivating, inclusive & welcoming environment for all, leading by example when it comes to exhibiting exemplary customer service.
- Be tech savvy, be able to operate front of house, processing memberships and payments, client enquiries and take social media content throughout group sessions.
- Assisting with studio maintenance and cleanliness

**About You**:

- Cert III in fitness (minimum)
- First Aid + CPR
- Ability to multitask and show initiative
- Exceptional communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be a part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including (mornings, afternoons & Saturdays)
- Passionate about health and fitness, energetic and bubbly
- Confident with the ability to develop strong relations with clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team player, dedicated to building a sense of community
- Full working rights (essential)

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Group Training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
