**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior spray painters in prepping, priming, and refinishing vehicles to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare surfaces for refinishing by sanding, masking, and removing any imperfections.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for the automotive industry and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of automotive refinishing processes is a plus, but not required.
