**Join Our Team As Business Solution Lead**
- Build, enhance, own and keep up to date the business architecture for all areas under Customer & Commerce Technology, particularly in relation to Pricing and Packaging for Foxtel Group
- Describe the primary functions of the business and distinguish between customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution and business management functions
- Define the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organisational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources, and controls are involved in the processes
- Work closely with Solution Architects and leaders to develop domain roadmaps.
- Participate in and support future discussions regarding new products, future initiatives and asses impact to the business architecture
- Evaluate solutions against the requirements, aligning them with current solutions. Pre-empt future business requirements to extend and expand the scope of the solution where appropriate
- Provide leadership guidance, make recommendations and collaborate with business to ensure solutions meet the business needs on a complex project or program

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years’ Business and Technology Analysis experience or in-depth business knowledge
- Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering degree or a Business Management or equivalent is desirable
- Sound understanding of user journey mapping, business process mapping
- Sound understanding of business requirements and limitations
