I-MED Radiology is Australia's largest medical imaging network with more than 240 clinics located throughout Australia and with just over 4500 employees. We provide imaging services such as x-rays and MRIs to people across Australia. We are currently hiring for Contact Centre Consultants North of the River location.
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be providing an essential service to people across Australia to assist them when booking for their image/ scan as part of their medical journey.

**Key details (Full Time)**: 38 hours per week
- Rotational shifts Monday-Friday between 9am to 5:15pm

**To be successful in this role, you will need to**:

- Have excellent customer service skills to deliver amazing experiences
- Demonstrate patience and empathy towards people in difficult situations
- Adhere to comprehensive compliance and privacy standards
- Explain general medical procedure preparation and billing information when booking a patient's appointment
- Competently use technology and multi-task between different systems while actively listening to the patient
- High attention to detail
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Experience adhering to KPIs
- Work collaboratively with others in a team environment
- Be open to feedback and coaching
