As the ePMO Lead reporting to the Director of Organisational Performance, you will drive the performance of an established cutting-edge Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), collaborating closely with senior leaders to instill a culture of effective program governance and project methodologies organization wide. Leading a dynamic team, you will harness resources from diverse departments to streamline business case development, project scoping, and financing, empowering colleagues to excel in project delivery. With accountability for overseeing a proficient team and driving ongoing enhancements to project management procedures, you will showcase exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage, persuade, and inspire stakeholders at every level.
