**Your New Role**

As a **Resident Services Assistant, **your role will be to support the residents to live full and empowered lives in an environment of social support and safety.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our residents, within welcoming and caring environments.

What does your new role look like?
- Working closely with the Care team, your primary duty is to provide social support for our residents whilst empowering them to live their best lives with us
- Assist with domestic duties including cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of the residents’ communal areas
- Answer call bells in a timely manner and provide reassurance and assistance to support residents
- Support food/dining related activities under the direction of the senior carer and help clean and tidy up post meal service

**Shifts Available**:Day (from 7am), Afternoon (from 2:45pm)

**Roster Days Available**: Monday to Sunday

- A customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- A strong interest in working with elderly clients and within the Aged Care sector
- Completion of or on the way to completing an Aged Care qualification eg. Certificate III Individual Support
- Motivated to commence a new entry level customer facing role, as part of a new career journey - training, support and career growth await the successful applicant on joining us
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
