Due to large growth our client currently requires a Material Logistics Officer for a FIFO role on a 5/2 4/3 roster ( Day shift only) FIFO from Perth to provide ongoing support to our maintenance teams with parts and materials deliveries and staging.

This role is an excellent opportunity to further grow and develop your skills, abilities and experience to help provide support to ensure maintenance teams are set up for success with all parts delivered, documented and staged in the appropriate area. This includes planned outages, unplanned breakdown situations and large-scale shutdowns.

**Your Responsibilities include**:

- A commitment to delivering safe and efficient materials services
- Safe and efficient execution of staging tasks as per Supply procedures
- High standards of work to maintain staging containers and yards to a global warehouse standard
- Ensure all MHE (forklifts, telehandlers) are operated professionally and safely
- Flexibility and the ability to work autonomously, or to lead by example as required by the operation

**Experience**
- Experience in warehousing/laydown yard management
- Handling of Dangerous Goods
- Field Operations
- Chain of Responsibility
- Hazard Reporting

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Class C driver’s license
- High Risk Forklift license - Mandatory
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical
- Be available immediately

**Skills**
- SAP experience (desirable / can be learned upon commencing)
- Strong administrative and intermediate computing skills
- Excellent communication skills both at written and verbal levels
- Experience working with various stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
