**About the Centre**
Coburg Leisure Centre (CLC) is one of six Aquatic and Leisure Facilities within Active Moreland. CLC is a year-round facility with a 25-metre heated indoor pool, heated learner's pool and toddler's play pool, spa and steam room, gym and group fitness classes.
**About the Role**
As a Duty Manager at CLC, you will have delegated authority of the Centre Manager, and will maintain a broad knowledge of centre programs and services whilst at the same time managing a range of centre functions whilst on shift which may include;
- Maintaining a focus on ‘Big Picture’ issues Centre wide
- Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of Centre’s Emergency Action Plan
- Working autonomously as well as being an active leader
This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $38.44 + super.
**About You**
**Essential Qualifications**
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
**Other Desired Qualifications or Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar facility in a supervisory role is desirable
