**Key responsibilities**
- Follow up with the whole process from sales order to customer delivery to ensure 100% on time delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the related parties for solution if order fulfilment process got delayed.
- Bridge customer and DPSS to make sure all customer demand be fulfilled with satisfaction, monthly target be achieved.
- Coordinate internal cross functions to support customer demand fluctuation.
- Work with warehouse to arrange shipment to make sure most effective method and 100% on time delivery.
- Monthly sales waterfall maintenance and analysis.
- Work with quality team for customer warranty.
- Maintain good customer relationship.
- Leading and implementing the customer survey.
- Mail the invoice to customers.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.

**What we’re looking for**
- Bachelor degree.
- Fluent English with both spoken and written. Chinese is a plus.
- Strong ownership, self-motivated with good initiative.
- Superior communication skill and strong interpersonal skill.
- Prefer automotive or related industry.
