Our client is a long established, area landmark, prestige vehicles dealership located in the Parramatta area. They have a vacancy for a switched on, motivated New Car Sales Manager in their state-of-the-art facility. On offer are excellent facilities, a strong selling brand and an excellent income stream. The sales department operates on a 10 day fortnight roster system.

Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience gained as a new car dealership Sales Manager. You will be energetic, able to motivate your staff to achieve their potential, be well organised, have strong sales and closing skills and strong people handling ability. You will be able to manage your staff well and ensure total customer satisfaction.

Salary is envisaged to consist of a retainer of $75k, Super, Commission and choice of Car or Car Allowance. OTE should fall in the $120 to $150k area.
