The Store Manager Victoria Gardens is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you currently manage a small retail store, or a department in a larger store and you are looking for new challenges and to step up. **About the Role**

Using your amazing leadership skills you will lead our store teams who are passionate and excited to sell our brand

**More specifically you will be**:

- All things leadership
- As a Store Manager, you will lead our store in a hands-on role leading and motivating your team.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced role and be a passionate leader.
- You will split your time between hands on retail work in store and managerial administration work.
- You will be integral to the recruitment of our passionate donut connoisseurs.
- Administrative duties include rostering, wages management; stock control/ordering.
- Oversight of store set up and close.
- Flexible days and times including a combination of weekdays and weekends to ensure touchpoints with your entire team.

**What you’ll need**:
Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.
- Skilled at leading people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Not afraid to be super hands on.
- Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Inventory control: 1 year (preferred)
- Store management: 1 year (preferred)
