We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader to head up our Richmond Traders store as our **Store Manager**.

**About the role**:
Cobb Lane is seeking a dedicated FOH professional ready for a new challenge. As Store Manager, you will lead our team to create genuine hospitality experiences with our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and managing a small, close-knit team. If you have a proven track record in a professional hospitality setting and a love of baked goods, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate a positive workplace culture, reflecting genuine hospitality to both our team and guests
- Co-ordinate daily store operations, including production, inventory, promotions, merchandising and packaging and maintain quality control
- Train, mentor and motivate our team to achieve the best outcome for our customers
- Ensure workplace satisfaction and growth within our small team through regular check-ins, training and implementing pathways for growth
- Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special orders in a professional manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Ensure compliance with both Food Safety Standards and OH&S obligations

- Our bakery & HQ is in the inner West of Melbourne (Yarraville) and we have retail outlets at South Melbourne Market and in Richmond.

- Previous experience in a leadership role in a professional hospitality setting
- Passion for all things delicious
