Venue Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The role will report to the Venue Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain high-quality food, beverage, and service standards.

**Staff Management**
- Train, and supervise front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, bartenders, etc.).
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage.
- Foster a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching.

**Customer Service**
- Ensure an exceptional and personalised customer experience.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a visible presence during service hours to engage with customers.

**Financial Management**
- Manage budgets, monitor sales, and control costs (labor, inventory, etc.).
- Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies and beverages.

**Marketing & Promotion**
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to drive revenue.
- Maintain and promote the venue's image and reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant / venue management, in a fine dining setting.
- Proven track record of managing high-end service standards.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.

Pay: $750,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
