We're looking for a superstar Storage Facility Administrator to join our growing self-storage team You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our facility operates efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and tackling storage sales with a smile.

- Greeting customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor on the phone and face-to-face
- Answer phone inquiries, process payments, and manage move-in/move-out procedures
- Assist with daily financial tasks and customer account administration
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

**You're a Perfect Fit If You**:

- Enjoy providing great customer service, always.
- Have no issues with building rapport with customers on the phone
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a team setting and are a problem-solver
- Are proficient with computers
