We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to help manage our eight storage facilities.

**Your Role**:

- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Sign up new customers and guide them through a seamless rental process.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.
- Provide exceptional service that turns customers into Mammoth fans.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proven experience in a customer service based role **(and you know you**_**love**_**it).**:

- Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems.
- Any telephone sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- An energetic, positive attitude and a great work ethic.
