Bright Achievers Childcare & ELC is a warm and inclusive centre dedicated to providing high-quality early education and care in a nurturing environment. We are seeking a passionate and committed **Certificate III Qualified Educator** to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will:

- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and stimulating learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators and management.

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards).
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
