**Fitter and Turner - Naval Base**

RubberGem is a Rubber Recycling business located in Naval Base, Perth, and has been established for 21 years. We currently have a position available for a Mechanical Fitter on a full-time basis.

**To be considered for this position, you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- Hard-working with a can-do attitude
- Reliability and punctuality are something you value and adhere to
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Goal and target orientated
- Trade Certificate in Fitting and Turning
- Experience with Arc and Mig welding
- Intermediate ability with manual Lathe and Milling machine.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can work with mínimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Forklift license
- Police clearance
- Willingness to undergo a full medical examination
- An adequate level of English to pass the English test for the visa if required.
- 5 years or more experience as a Mechanical Fitter

**What We Offer**
- $55 per hour for a highly competent tradesperson

- A 40-hour week with overtime requirements to service breakdowns
