**Job Summary**:
As a Support Worker at PathwayCare Solutions, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day activities. Your goal is to provide support that enables clients to live independently, participate in their communities, and achieve their personal goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide personal care**: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- **Household assistance**: Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other domestic tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
- **Community participation**: Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community engagements.
- **Medication assistance**: Administer or remind clients to take prescribed medications as per their care plan.
- **Transport**: Provide transport to clients for appointments, shopping, and community outings.
- **Monitor and report**: Observe clients’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns.

Key Requirements:

- **Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle**.
- **National Police Check and Working with Children Check** (or willingness to obtain).
- Must have experience with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
